    Role and Responsibilities-

    Manage secretarial compliances in respect of Companies Act 2013 for Rebel group companies.
    Conducting of board meeting including finalization of agenda, preparation of board folder, and finalization of minutes & follow up action thereof.
    Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books.
    Taking lead in due diligence for fund raise (equity and debt)
    Manage ESOP Scheme through technology tools and buy-back of shares.
    Ensuring compliance with FEMA laws
    Assisting and ensuring secretarial & compliance audit.
    Supervise the secretarial compliances of the investee companies and driving excellence
    Ensure that all systems and processes are in place to provide assurance to the Board in compliances.
    Driving secretarial excellence and prepare the company towards IPO
    Active coordination with investors and working with cross functional teams
    Active participation in M&A transactions


    Requirements:-

    CS degree
    3
  • 5 years of experience in handling CS matters.
    Self-driven and objective professional
    Strong collaboration and networking skills
    Solution oriented and approachable
    Experience with working on any secretarial assistance technology tool preferred
