Job Profile:
- Basic Knowledge of Company Law and SEBI LODR Regulations.
- Maintain and adhere to Legal Guidelines.
- Good Legal and Para Legal Drafting skills.
- Capable of handling and assisting clients.
- Face to face meetings and interaction with client, within the boundaries of Ahmedabad.
- A positive attitude, and the ability to quickly learn are a must.
- Excellent English, Hindi communication skills also a must.
- Previous RTA/ Merchant Banker Job Experience is preferred.
