Job Profile:

  • Basic Knowledge of Company Law and SEBI LODR Regulations.
  • Maintain and adhere to Legal Guidelines.
  • Good Legal and Para Legal Drafting skills.
  • Capable of handling and assisting clients.
  • Face to face meetings and interaction with client, within the boundaries of Ahmedabad.
  • A positive attitude, and the ability to quickly learn are a must.
  • Excellent English, Hindi communication skills also a must.
  • Previous RTA/ Merchant Banker Job Experience is preferred.
